Family visit!

My Yia Yia and Thea Eleni and her family came to visit me this weekend. My cousins Dorian and Demitra love me!

Here is a picture of me and my aunt Monica. She saw me naked! (eeeek), that's ok she helped me get a bath. I like it when she comes over to visit. Pretty soon we will be frequenting the local BW3 together.

By God, she sleeps! Well, kinda. Yesterday Sophia had a great day and then managed to sleep for a straight 2 hours at night. I assure you this is monumental. Here is a picture of her and her very first personalized gift (Thanks Karie!!!). We love it!

Bath Time!

My first bath at home went pretty well. I didn't scream and seemed to like it...not that you can tell from the picture. Would you believe that they bathed me in a barf bin from the hospital? The nurses say it's the best size but I'm ready for my cord to fall off so I can use my real tub!

-Goodbye Nurse Kristen! We'll miss you (but not that place you work at)!

-We ran in to my new friend William and his mom Wendy outside of the hospital. Wendy is one of my mom's friends who she works with. William decided he wanted to come early so he had to spend time in the yucky NICU too. Isn't he a cutie!

Sophia comes home!

Sophia came home on Saturday! She was great in the car and Gabe seems to like her or at least he likes the milk that spews out of her mouth regularly : ) She brought him a stuffed turtle as a peace offering and that seemed to go over pretty well. So far she's doing great during the day and not so great at night....as expected! We haven't had much sleep but thankfully Grandma is here and is helping out so we can catch some zzzzzs in the morning hours. We're also mastering the art of spit up and the many items of clothing, bibs, burp cloths, blankets, etc. she can go through in one day. The first day was an entire basket but yesterday was only a few items. BIG improvement!

Sophia Day 3

Today Sophia turned the big 3...3 days that is. She is doing great. If she continues to do as well as she has the last day or two we should be able to bring her home on Saturday as planned. She's definitely starting to show her personality and assert her opinion on topics such as "where the heck is my food!" and "get that wet cloth off my rear!".
